Families whose values align are granted access to The Prime Circle — Prime Montessori Academy’s private inner environment where a more intimate experience of the Academy is thoughtfully revealed and where the path toward enrollment formally begins. Access is extended by invitation only following initial review.

accessible only to families whose Invitation Application
has been reviewed and found in alignment
with the Prime standard.
Applications are reviewed promptly — most families receive their Prime Circle invitation the same day they apply.
In all cases, within one business day. Prime does not leave families in silence.

Following the call, our Admissions Director extends your private Prime Circle invitation — granting access to the full Prime experience and the ability to select your Family Conversation date. Three dates are offered — one in each of the next three weeks. The timing is yours to choose.

This is not an interview. It is a calm, unhurried exchange — where we come to understand your child, your family's values, and the alignment that makes a Prime education meaningful.

Families beginning their journey from afar are invited to let us know. Where appropriate, Prime may thoughtfully adapt the Family Conversation experience while preserving the integrity of the admissions experience.

The Afternoon Atelier runs from 3:00 to 5:00pm and is home to Prime's exclusive Becoming Pathways™ — a progressive formation programme developing five essential competencies through direct instruction, consistent practice, and real-world application with clear finish lines and cerifications at every stage.
The curriculum begins at PreK and remains available to Prime alumni who wish to continue their formation beyond their years in the academy.
This is not childcare. It is the continuation of everything Prime begins in the core programme.

If your family's values align but an atelier opening is not yet available, we will ask whether you wish to be considered for the next placement cycle. Families who choose to wait secure their position with a deposit — and are notified personally when a space opens in their child's atelier.

From September's Evening of Welcome to June's Cérémonie de l'Ascension, the academy's annual rhythm moves through gathering, wonder, generosity, and celebration — some shared with families, some held quietly within the atelier, just for the children.

Prime's Summer Atelier™ is designed primarily for enrolled and incoming Prime families in order to preserve the rhythm, continuity, and integrity of the curated ateliers throughout the summer season. Rather than functioning as a traditional camp, the Summer Atelier™ serves as a seasonal extension of the Prime educational experience — calm, intellectually engaging, beautifully prepared, and intentionally composed.
From time to time, a limited number of placements may be extended by invitation to families currently exploring Prime for the upcoming academic year.
Families interested in consideration are encouraged to begin with the Invitation Application.
The academic year begins in late August and continues through the end of June, followed by the Summer Atelier in July. A brief Summer Interlude precedes the opening of the new school year. Many families appreciate the continuity this rhythm provides, reducing the need to transition between multiple programmes throughout the year while allowing children to remain connected to a familiar environment, familiar rhythms, and trusted guides.
A detailed calender, including family events, celebrations, and community experiences, is shared with enrolled families inside The Prime Family Lounge.

Each child's birthday is honored through a Signature Birthday Ritual — selected privately by the family from Prime's curated collection of twelve. The ritual is stewarded by the guide, gently witnessed by the community, and designed to make the child feel seen, cherished, and at ease within the calm rhythm of the atelier.
Every birthday — regardless of ritual selected — is accompanied by two signature gestures:
