Foundations of Partnership
This section introduces the philosophy, access pathways, and essential partnership expectations that guide your family’s beginning at Prime Montessori Academy.

Communication Pathways
Communication at Prime is structured to preserve clarity, professionalism, and calm.
- Classroom rhythm, child development, or atelier observations: your child’s Guide or designated Academy contact
- Admissions, enrollment, forms, or onboarding: Admissions Office
- Tuition, billing, remittance, or account matters: Academy Administration
- Urgent illness, absence, or same-day updates: PrimeCare attendance or wellness forms
Families are expected to use official Academy communication channels, including PrimeCare and designated Academy email.
Parent Code Access
Your Parent Code is the final four digits of your primary mobile phone number on file.
This code helps identify your family within PrimeCare and may be used when completing forms, accessing records, or confirming family-specific information.
Prime Family Lounge Access
The Prime Family Lounge is your private family access point for Academy resources, forms, policy references, schedules, and guidance.
Go to the Prime Montessori Academy website.
Open Accès Privé from the navigation menu.
Select Prime Family Lounge Concierge Entry and create your account using the email connected to enrollment.

Receipt of the Family Concordance
The Family Concordance serves as the Academy’s parent handbook and outlines the standards, expectations, and rhythms that guide daily life at Prime.
You will confirm receipt and review of the Family Concordance on the Orientation Record.
Wellness, Rhythm & Communal Care
This compendium explains how Prime preserves health, emotional rhythm, and shared care within the community.
Please review the family expectations, shared roles, wellness standards, and communal care responsibilities. These materials may be accessed through the Prime Family Lounge.
Quarterly Family Insight Note
The Quarterly Family Insight Note helps the Academy understand your child’s growth, home rhythms, emerging needs, and family observations.
Please complete the Quarterly Family Insight Note before your child begins, and again when requested during the year.
Enrollment Compendium
The Enrollment Compendium is the primary enrollment agreement governing your child’s placement, financial obligations, policies, and family partnership.
On the Orientation Record, you will confirm that you have reviewed, understood, signed, and submitted the Enrollment Compendium.
Atelier Pathways & Life Skills Curricula
The Atelier Pathways and Life Skills Curricula provide a deeper view of your child’s developmental journey within Prime’s curated ateliers.
Once your Prime Family Lounge account is created, these materials may be accessed inside the Lounge at any time.

The Atelier Journey
This section guides your family through the records, daily forms, policy references, and partnership rhythms that support your child’s experience within the curated ateliers.
Student Record Completion Requirement
Each child must have a complete PrimeCare Student Record before beginning attendance.
Please open the PrimeCare Student Record Dossier and confirm that all required documents have been submitted or identified as not applicable.
Attendance, Absence & Wellness Declarations
Prime uses official forms to maintain accurate attendance, absence, and wellness records.
Inside the Prime Family Lounge, go to the Attendance & Absences page. There, you will find:
- Attendance Confirmation for daily or required attendance confirmation
- Graceful Absence Declaration for absence reporting
- Wellness Update Declaration for illness, symptoms, or health updates
Additional guidance may also be found on the Welcome Page inside the Prime Family Lounge.
Conversations of Childhood & Atelier Engagement
Conversations of Childhood are Prime’s parent-teacher conferences and developmental reflections, typically offered two to three times during the year.
When conference windows open, families may access the registration link inside the Prime Family Lounge.
Atelier engagement opportunities, such as Bring Your Grown-Ups to Wonder Day and Journée des Aînés Distingués — Distinguished Elders Day, will also be shared through the Prime Family Lounge.
Discipline Framework: Guiding Grace & Responsibility
The Discipline & Grace Compendium was provided through the Enrollment Completion page and remains available in the Family Desk inside the Prime Family Lounge.
Please review this framework as the Academy’s guide for dignity, restoration, responsibility, and Montessori-aligned discipline.
Nourishment Rhythm & Celebration of Life
Nourishment, lunch rhythm, and celebrations are guided by simplicity, communal grace, and intention.
Inside the Prime Family Lounge, families may access guidance on lunch expectations, the Nourishment Rhythm, and the Celebration of Life & Communal Grace Framework.
Families are also invited to explore the Academy’s Signature Birthday Ritual Collection, which offers an overview of each available ritual and its meaning. Once selected, families receive a personalized preparation brief to support a seamless and meaningful experience.
Wellness & Presence Codex
The Wellness & Presence Codex was provided through the Enrollment Completion page and remains available in the Family Desk within the Prime Family Lounge.
Please return to this Codex whenever questions arise regarding illness, symptoms, exclusion, return-to-school expectations, or the child’s readiness for attendance.
Health & Safety Procedures
Emergency preparedness and atelier shelter-in-place procedures were provided through the Enrollment Completion page and remain available in the Family Desk.
Families are expected to follow official Academy communication and guidance during emergency, weather, or safety-related situations.
Toilet Training Partnership
Toilet training is approached as a partnership between home and Academy.
If applicable, please complete the Toilet Training Partnership Agreement through Family Orientation Submissions or as directed by the Academy.
Campus Rhythm & Weather Advisory
Current weather advisories, closure information, and campus rhythm updates will be shared through the Prime Family Lounge, email, and text communication as appropriate.
Families should rely only on official Academy communication during weather or campus-related events.

The Rhythm of Prime Life
This section introduces the daily rhythms, community experiences, and communication expectations that help families participate with clarity, grace, and confidence throughout the year.
Attendance & Departure Rhythm
Attendance and departure expectations protect the child’s work cycle, emotional steadiness, and sense of order within the curated atelier.
The Attendance Rhythm & Presence Policy and Departure Rhythm & Timeliness Policy were provided through the Enrollment Completion page and remain available in the Family Desk inside the Prime Family Lounge.
Please review both policies and follow the Academy’s expectations for arrival, attendance, absence reporting, dismissal, and timely pick-up.
Morning Rhythm & Prepared Presence
The morning rhythm is designed to help the child enter the day with calm, readiness, and purpose.
Families may access the Academy’s morning schedule, arrival guidance, and prepared presence expectations inside the Prime Family Lounge.
Afternoon Rhythm & Restorative Continuity
The afternoon rhythm supports continued order, restoration, and a peaceful close to the child’s day.

Participation in the Community
Prime community life is shaped through seasonal gatherings, service, cultural reflection, and parent partnership.
Families may participate by completing the Prime Family Partnership Register inside the Prime Family Lounge.

- The Atelier Partnership Circle — a collaborative group of parent stewards supporting meaningful family experiences

Annual Rhythm of Events
The annual rhythm of events is shared through the Prime Family Lounge and may include family gatherings, in-house observances, seasonal experiences, and signature Prime traditions.
- An Evening of Welcome — a warm family gathering to begin the year in shared rhythm
- Bonbons Under an Open Sky — an outdoor gathering of movement, fresh air, and seasonal refreshment
- Voices of Peace — an in-house reflection on peace, kindness, and global harmony
