Student Record Completion Requirement

Each child’s PrimeCare Student Record Dossier must be complete prior to the start of attendance.

This record ensures that your child’s care, safety, and developmental continuity are fully supported from the first day forward.

Attendance, Absence & Wellness Declarations

Prime maintains attendance, absence, and wellness through designated records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and immediate response when needed.

These records are accessed through the Prime Family Lounge, Attendance & Absences page:

• Graceful Attendance Confirmation → Daily attendance confirmation
• Graceful Absence Declaration → Absence reporting
• Wellness Update Declaration → Health and symptom updates

Conversations of Childhood & Atelier Engagement

Conversations of Childhood are Prime’s formal parent–Guide reflections—held with intention, depth, and respect for the child’s development.

These conversations are offered throughout the year and provide a window into your child’s growth, concentration, and emerging capabilities.

When conference windows open, families may access the Conversations of Childhood Register through the Prime Family Lounge.

Atelier engagement opportunities, such as Bring Your Grown-Ups to Wonder Day and Journée des Aînés Distingués — Distinguished Elders Day, will also be shared through the Prime Family Lounge.

Discipline Framework: Guiding Grace & Responsibility

The Discipline & Grace Compendium outlines the Academy’s approach to dignity, restoration, and responsibility within the curated ateliers.

This framework reflects how children are guided toward self-regulation, accountability, and respectful participation in community life.

The Compendium is available within the The Prime Family Desk inside the Prime Family Lounge for continued reference.

Families are expected to understand and uphold this approach as part of the shared partnership that preserves the integrity and harmony of the environment.

Nourishment Rhythm & Celebration of Life

Nourishment at Prime is not treated as a break in the day—it is part of the child’s developmental rhythm.

Lunch, nourishment rhythms, and celebrations are guided by simplicity, communal grace, and quiet intention—preserving both the child’s concentration and the harmony of the environment.

Families may access guidance on lunch expectations, the Nourishment Rhythm, and the Celebration of Life & Communal Grace Framework within the Prime Family Lounge.

Families are also invited to explore the Academy’s Signature Birthday Ritual Collection—a curated selection of meaningful celebrations, each designed with intention and developmental awareness.

Once selected, families receive a personalized families preparation brief to support a seamless and beautifully guided experience.

These experiences are designed to honor the child while preserving the collective rhythm of the community.

Wellness & Presence Codex

The Wellness & Presence Codex serves as the Academy’s reference for health, attendance readiness, and communal care within the environment.

It outlines how the Academy preserves wellness, responds to illness, and supports each child’s readiness to participate fully in the day.

The Codex remains available within the Prime Family Lounge for continued reference.

Health & Safety Procedures

Emergency preparedness and atelier shelter-in-place procedures are maintained to ensure the safety and continuity of the environment at all times.

These protocols are available within the Prime Family Lounge for review.

Families are expected to follow official Academy communication and guidance during emergency, weather, or safety-related situations.

Toilet Training Partnership

Toilet training is approached as a thoughtful partnership between home and the Academy—guided by readiness, consistency, and respect for the child’s development.

If applicable, families will complete the Toilet Training Partnership Agreement as part of the child's preparation prior to entry.

Campus Rhythm & Weather Advisory

Campus rhythm, weather advisories, and closure updates are communicated through official Academy channels, including the Prime Family Lounge, email, and text communication as appropriate.

Families are expected to rely exclusively on official Academy communication for all updates.
