The Afternoon Atelier runs from 3:00 to 5:00pm and is home to Prime's exclusive Becoming Pathways™ — a progressive formation programme developing five essential competencies through direct instruction, consistent practice, and real-world application with clear finish lines and cerifications at every stage.

The curriculum begins at PreK and remains available to Prime alumni who wish to continue their formation beyond their years in the academy.

This is not childcare. It is the continuation of everything Prime begins in the core programme.

Prime does not provide transportation. Families arrange their own arrival within the morning window of 8:30–8:45am and collect their children during the dismissal window of 3:00–3:15pm.

Prime does not maintain a traditional waitlist — because placement at Prime is never driven by availability alone.

If your family's values align but an atelier opening is not yet available, we will ask whether you wish to be considered for the next placement cycle. Families who choose to wait secure their position with a deposit — and are notified personally when a space opens in their child's atelier.

Prime's Summer Atelier™ is designed primarily for enrolled and incoming Prime families in order to preserve the rhythm, continuity, and integrity of the curated ateliers throughout the summer season.

Rather than functioning as a traditional camp, the Summer Atelier™ serves as a seasonal extension of the Prime educational experience — calm, intellectually engaging, beautifully prepared, and intentionally composed.

From time to time, a limited number of placements may be extended by invitation to families currently exploring Prime for the upcoming academic year.

Prime follows an eleven—month educational rhythm thoughtfully designed to provide continuity, consistency, and a seamless progression throughout the year.

The academic year begins in late August and continues through the end of June, followed by the Summer Atelier in July. A brief Summer Interlude precedes the opening of the new school year.
